The Annyeong Spa Capsule is a state-of-the-art infrared wellness pod that envelops the entire body in therapeutic infrared heat — delivering benefits that go far beyond a traditional sauna.
Unlike conventional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared technology penetrates directly into the body's tissues — reaching deeper, working more effectively, and producing results at lower, more comfortable temperatures.
Used as part of the Korean scrub package, the spa capsule prepares the skin for optimal exfoliation and maximises the benefits of every subsequent treatment.

Traditional steam therapy opens the pores, loosens dead skin cells and prepares the body for the Korean scrub treatment. Our steam room uses pure heated steam to cleanse, detoxify and relax every muscle.
The Vichy shower — also known as a hydra massage — delivers multiple streams of warm water over the body simultaneously while lying on a treatment table. A signature feature of the Korean scrub experience at Annyeong, it rinses away exfoliated skin and leaves the body feeling completely refreshed.
Our infrared sauna uses advanced infrared technology to penetrate deep into the body's tissues — delivering therapeutic heat more effectively than conventional saunas at a more comfortable temperature. Ideal for detoxification, pain relief and deep relaxation.
Our hot tub jacuzzi provides powerful hydrotherapy through warm water and pressurised jets. The jets target key muscle groups delivering a deep tissue massage effect that releases tension, improves circulation and promotes total body relaxation.
Contrast therapy — alternating between hot and cold water — is one of the most powerful wellness practices in Korean Jjimjilbang culture. Our cold plunge jacuzzi completes the hydrotherapy circuit, closing pores, boosting circulation and delivering an immediate energy boost.
